More and more people understand that work is not the entire life, and thus, they seek job opportunities that offer the desired work-life balance. “Work that suits your life” – guided by this slogan, we created an employee recruitment campaign for our client, EVOLUTION. In the commercial and static formats, we captured the dynamic and vibrant lives of EVOLUTION employees, balancing both leisure and work elements. The campaign emphasised the flexible work schedule, competitive salary, and additional benefits provided to EVOLUTION employees, making the job offer highly attractive to the younger demographic.
